About: Fiona works with children, adults, couples, and families who are facing challenging circumstances, strained relationships, and difficult thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. With a compassionate and warm style, she aims to create a space where clients feel welcome and comfortable to explore those challenges and work collaboratively towards change. Her specialities include anxiety, depression, eating disorders, OCD, child psychology, couples therapy, premarital counseling, family conflict, anger management, and life transitions. 

Fiona earned her Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Bethel Seminary and has experience providing therapy in various outpatient settings. She approaches therapy from a blend of systemic, cognitive behavioral, narrative, and solution-focused lenses. She also incorporates art and play therapy techniques into sessions with children and adolescents, and as a Christian she enjoys integrating faith into sessions for clients who are interested.

Fiona knows that reaching out for support is a huge first step, and she loves to be there to meet clients on the other side of it.

Types of Therapy: Fiona works with children ages 8+, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She offers both in-person sessions in Arden Hills and also video counseling to all of Minnesota.
