About: Elisa feels it is a great privilege to hear people’s stories as they explore their struggles and strengths during therapy. She believes that facing difficult issues and past wounds with compassion and support fosters real connection and change. Elisa often focuses on expressing emotions, exploring the impact of past experiences, and building resilience in the context of a safe therapeutic relationship. 

Elisa is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and received her Master of Arts in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando, Florida. Her bachelors degree was completed at the University of Minnesota where she majored in Psychology and minored in Music. In her free time, Elisa enjoys playing violin, playing tennis, and spending time in nature with family and friends.

Types of Therapy: Elisa enjoys working with adults and adolescents in individual therapy. She integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques depending on the client’s needs and goals, and has completed training in EMDR treatment.
