About: Debbie Klaver is a licensed marriage & family therapist since 1994. She has a BS in Education and previously served as a teacher both in the US and in Ecuador. She received her MA in Clinical Psychology from Wheaton College and subsequently worked as a therapist and director of an in-home family therapy program for children and adolescents with severe emotional and behavioral problems. She has provided therapy at Minnesota Renewal Center since 2001. Her special interests include: individual, couple and family therapy, child and adolescent therapy, play therapy, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss issues, conflict resolution, stress management, multi-cultural issues, sexual abuse issues, and work, non-profit, and ministry-related stressors.

Insurances Accepted: Blue Cross Blue Shield, HealthPartners, Medica, MA, Minnesota Care, EAP, Triwest Healthcare Alliance (military), United Behavioral Health, Cigna, and UCare (MN Care plan only). Other insurance companies may reimburse for Debbie's services on an out-of-network basis or at times a client can arrange for in-network with their insurance company.
